FAQs

What is an adjustment?

An adjustment is a sudden, controlled force to the spinal or extremity joint to create a gapping, or an increase in space in the joint. The goal of the spinal manipulation is to decrease your pain and increase your range of motion of that segment.

Is it safe?

Yes. Spinal manipulations are safe to receive. Turing your head to look over your shoulder puts more force on your Cervical spine than an adjustment does. Most common feedback after being adjusted is how good it feels.

One I start, do I have to continue?

No. While monthly visits are recommended to help keep the body void of restriction, you do not have to continue for life. Dr. Ruggiero sets a short term goal for your care with an exit plan in mind.

How do I pay?

Dr. Ruggiero accepts all major debit and credit cards, HSA/ FSA plans and is in network with Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Pay as you go, no start up, hidden or cancellation fees. One set rate.
